NamasJay offers yoga and meditation classes that are accessible for everyone, along with an aim to create a social impact by working alongside mental health charities, students and professionals. It is aimed at those who may deal with stress and others who could benefit from yoga and meditation.
Jay, yoga teacher and founder of NamasJay feels it is important for students of all backgrounds and walks of life to feel comfortable, safe and welcome in his classes. He ensures that, above all, everyone leaves feeling relaxed. Classes and workshops cater for smaller groups, preferably 8-10 students. This allows students to feel comfortable and the resulting atmosphere is relaxing.
Jay's classes include a variety of different styles of yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Restorative and more. Each of these have many benefits from improving flexibility, strength, endurance, joint mobility and stamina. They also help reduce stress, improve focus, contraction, with losing weight, toning muscles and even recovering from surgery.
Yoga and meditation is a huge part of Jay's life and has allowed him to overcome many challenges and situations that he has faced. He not only enjoys yoga and meditation but he is very passionate about teaching these practices to others who could benefit from it.
